Steps 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20

Close up of some of the details in this piece, notice the permanent black marker used to make lines, and dots on the cupcake, also the candle lines.

Step 20 - Paint in the candle and the flame.

Step 19 - Paint over the black letters with iridescent purple. Add glitter to the background.

Step 18 - Tear off a scrap of decorative paper which is not to thick and using gel medium paste it in at the left hand side of your picture. I also stamped Happy Birthday onto tissue.
Step 16 - I painted in some metalic bronze and irredicent purple atound the bottom and left side of the cupcake here. I also added some pink glitter paint to the icing over the dots.
